Jackie Chun must again defend his championship title. Naturally, though, Tien won’t go down easy. In fact, he proves to Jackie Chun’s biggest challenge since Goku – perhaps more so. Tien, meanwhile, finds the elder fighter to be a challenge, as well. The desire for victory means a need from both for more and more powerful attacks. However, slowly increasing the conflict slowly increases the danger to others.
