it makes sense.

goku promises pan he’ll visit, i’m guessing the whole family will be so furious they won’t see him that it’s natural he’ll visit everyone.

also, basically goku’s 3 missions in life are. a) to fight the strongest warriors and test his limits and b) to maintain peace and prosperity c) to fight for the ones he loves. so the only one that is a little shaky is c. but i believe pan’s sentiment got through to him. he’ll visit more.

it was definitely weird.. but wasn’t the whole series?

at any rate it’ll stay with me forever

now that im done watching all the episodes of dbz now its time for dbgt…. i wish it was a little longer though(64 eps in all)

After watching the entire series, people still cannot understand the saiyan race and their people. All Goku/Vajeta..(saiyans in general) want is to see how strong they can get and their powers challenged-by a powerful adversary like uub.
Leaving the family part is just to make it dramatic.

While I can’t say I enjoyed the ending of DBZ, or DBGT in general, taking Uub under his wing did seem like something Goku would do. But I don’t think he’d leave his family ever. . .I think Uub would probably move into his house instead!

At any rate, not a BAD ending. . .although I really hope someday they actually do the DBZ series justice with a great one. . .like, a remake. . .DBGT 2.0, you know?

i agree with that, when i first seen it some years ago it wasn’t the ideal ending to the show, though in my opinion it never really ended GT is awesome

why didn’t goku just use instant transmission to transport back home after training uub everyday, instead of leaving his family and granddaughter behind. Stupid.

They could’ve done so much better.
