In the escalating fight, Cell clearly has the advantage. He even rips off one of Piccolo’s arms – crippling him temporarily. Cell delights in toying with him now – even revealing certain secrets about his origins. Every possible ability and good fortune saves Piccolo from becoming his next victim.
